I really get nervous when taking apart electronics and i’m not very good at using screw drivers and such but wow this was so easy to do and came out perfectly. There are numerous youtube videos that go step by step it’s kind of impossible to mess up! It looks great and feels great. I definitely will be buying more!!!

Was fairly easy to put together. I love the look and my controller will have a rough time getting mixed up with everyone elses. One thing to not is it does not replace platic on top where the charging port is so that might remain scratched.

Looks great and hits the nostalgia just right as its the color of the Game Boy Advanced I had growing up. I used my own tools to swap, so I cannot attest to the quality of the included screw drivers. Much easier than swapping Joycon shells, but a little harder than swapping out a switch backplate. If youre uncertain, watch a video on someone replacing a shell and decide from that.

Wear gloves, I got a blister on my finger trying to tighten the screws. Looks very nice though, throwback.

the plastic feels really nice, but the different pieces dont fit together perfectly. One side is slightly looser than the other side, and I wasnt able to get it quite as tight as the original shell so the buttons are a little more mushy. All the buttons work though, and the controller looks great. Wish it felt a little better but its not terrible. If you have OCD about your controllers then dont get after market shells I guess. They will never have the quality control of nintendo.

Really easy to install. Also comes with extra screws and tool. I would definitely buy again if I decide to change it to another color.
