> 3 daySo I have ordered two of these now, and each featured the same problem. Product quality was fantastic, EXCEPT it made the down-button on the d-pad stick. I returned the first one and tried again, but was bummed to find out my second unit also interfered with the d-pad.

> 3 dayIt was a little difficult to install but found a YouTube video on how to and it works great. It grips nicely. Including more than one tool would be perfect but using glasses screwdrivers helped a lot. Would definitely recommend and buy again!
