Greater than one weekIt was easy to install(youtube video), the provided plastic tool avoids potential scratches, and was well-cut, painted and soft-touch paint feels good in the hands. Id highly recommend. Only advice is to be gentle while installing, dont rush and follow the guidelines in the video provided by manufacturer. Also, microphone logo is not printed on these, but I prefer it that way.

Greater than one weekWanted to add the green to my purple controller. Definitely looks better than the original black. Was very easy to install and it came with the pry tool to install it. Ill be buying more colors soon. Trying to decide which color to get for my 2 white controllers.
