> 3 dayThe faux leather on my 2009 Honda Accord EX-L bubbled about 4 years ago and then shortly after, it tore. I used rubber cement to fix it, which lasted for 3 days. I then used a vinyl glue that actually dissolved the faux leather. Ive been living with it since because I searched and only found the covers (no plastic backing). I saw this the other day and jumped on it. Got it today and installed it. Only problem with the installation was the faux leather was blocking some of the holes where the screws go. I had to trim the faux leather back to ensure that it couldnt cover the holes. 7 screws hold this in place. You need to push the console lid forward to expose the bottom 2 and the one in the center (it translates back and forth normally). Now I have a nice smooth surface to rest my arm on. Only wish I had done this 4 years ago!

> 3 dayNo problems with fit or color match on our 08 Accord with the black leather interior. A couple of installation notes: youll need to slide the arm rest forward to access the rear screws for removal of the old cover and installation of the new. (Im not sure that I ever knew that it did this.) And clip any of the material that covers a screw hole and then spend a few minutes to take one of the existing screws (new ones are not provided) and screw it into the new cover before installing it. It would be extremely hard to try to thread the hole on the new cover while youre putting it in place.

> 3 dayJust exactly needed to replace my torn console. Got the tan one. Matches perfectly in color. You will have to go to You Tube to see a video on how to take the old cover off and slip this new one on. There are 7 screws to to remove in order to take the old cover off (the hard plastic console stays on...you are replacing just the top cover). I found that the mounting screws I took off did not fit back into the new cover slots (you could force them). I happen to have some 1 inch, small sheet metal screws and they fit perfectly, replacing the OEM screws.

> 3 dayIt looks really great, and was a super close match to my existing interior color. But I had an incredibly difficult time screwing it in. I fit the top on just fine, but for my 2009 Honda Accord, the screw holes were too short on the replacement console and my screws almost went right through to the other side. They were also super tight, so I almost couldnt get my screws to go in. I used the exact same screws that were in my car already and I had just taken off of my other console cover, so I thought that they would fit with no problem. I finally went to a home improvement store and got some small washers, slid them on the screw and that solved the problem. Once on, I havent had a problem since.

> 3 dayNot sure what to say about this. It is what it is. Looks and feels like the original. Color matches well. Fit correctly. I think I had a little trouble getting one of the screws in, but its also just an awkward way to sit when using a screw driver. No complains.

> 3 dayProduct reviews are something Im not easily prompted to do, but this is an exception. I own a perfectly good, very reliable 09 Honda Accord. In 2017, the armrest covering began to tear, and quickly degraded. I have to, and I mean I MUST, have a comfortable arm rest in a vehicle, or it drives me nuts! By pure chance, I came across a local vinyl, rubber and leather mobile repair business that was well rated. You might say they specialized in automotive interior repairs. I contacted them and provided photos of the problem. I was quoted just over $200 for the repair. I made an appointment, and used a vacation day from work. The technician arrived on time the day of the appointment. Not 5 minutes after I left him to do his work, he asked me to come back out to the car. His words, Well, we have a problem. Our repair wont work. He held up a replacement arm rest that was much too dark in grey color to be acceptable. It bordered on charcoal black, frankly. I stated that I thought they did repair. We just ordered a new armrest, was the reply. Well have to order another. Well get it ordered and reschedule you. Well, thats just great. Ive used a vacation day for nothing. When I asked how long theyd need for the repair, I was told it would take less than 30 minutes. $200 for less than 30 minutes?!? I decided to look for alternatives, and found this item on Amazon. It is not a dead-perfect match in color. The stitching and fit and finish is not as well done as the factory original. However, it has taken me less than 30 minutes to remove the original, install the replacement, take some photos, and type this review. In addition, Ive saved $175. I could buy 3 more of these, and replace them as they fail until I no longer have the car.

> 3 dayReplaced my torn middle console with this new one. Was little worried due to it being after market. Was little worried on the color. I bought the grey one and WOWWWW did it for and look amazing! My car looks like a whole new car inside! Wasnt as easy for installation but that isnt anything. For the price and the mega difference it makes cosmetically in your car the installation was worth it. Took about 10 min. If u need this repaired BUY IT
