These patterns are varied and the directions are clear and easy to follow. Besides the three yard size quilts directions and fabric amounts are given for larger sized quilts. Good size for a throw and not too big for quilting on a regular sewing machine. I have more than one book, each containing different patterns and have made several with success ( and I’m not a Betsy Ross expert sewist)

I liked the clear instructions. The possibilities are endless. Very easy reading.

Product was exactly what I wanted

I’m a beginning-novice quilter and usually follow how-to videos to make a quilt. I bought this charming book on a whim. I have made one quilt from this book. Start to finish for the quilt top took me three days. This was fast and fun and I had no trouble following the pattern. I only rated this four stars because I am new to making quilts. If I was a seasoned quilter I would have rated it five stars! Fun, easy, quick and a beautiful quilt at the end!

While theres great things about this book, it is lacking in variety. Most of the quilts look a lot alike. You get 8 quilt patterns for $15.00 so that seems like a bargain, but the book is so thin and basic that I can see why people think its overpriced. The techniques are timesaving and clever and the directions are clear. I appreciate the use of color in the quilt photos as well as the directions.

Wasnt able to find this book locally. This will be used for my winter projects. Quilts look doable for any one.
