I only have one pair of scissors when 3 pairs were advertised

I bought these because in the video they made an entire cut through to the tip! I stopped and ordered a pair right away! I was so happy. They heavy but snug up in my hand. I lobe them. But, they started not cutting through the last inch or smaller. I got scrap fabric and would test the tip. Sometimes it feels a little bit grind, and wont cut. The fabric sticks on invisible tiny rough edges. Then they cut fine again for a while, but it starts to get snagged up right at the tip. Its a strange thing that did not happen right away. I love them except for this problem. It might not matter much most of the time but I do use the tip to snip around the corners. Then they snaggle and I get fussy!! Id like to try another pair if they would exchange them but I guess its way longer ago than I thought and its passed the return time. I do have a valid reason for not getting to try them out sooner. I had 3 major medical issues to deal with that pretty much went on all year. I could explain and provide documents of all what happened? Anyways I wouldnt leave a bad review if this could be resolved. Thanks, Roberta Tessier
