what I wantd

We RV full time so we have every adapter to be able to connect at different parks. on our First trip out we needed this as the park was only 30 amp and we are a 50 amp RV. The campground sells them for 4x the cost so Im happy I got it!!

It was exactly what I needed for my 5th wheel camper and it came with a few days. Seems to be the same quality as the rv stores but about 25%-50% less expensive.

Fits perfect

Was using an older dog tail that was about 15 yrs old. This one has an easy grab handle for disconnecting.

Very easy to use

This adaptor works well except the male (30 amp plug) and female (50 amp receptacle) point in the same direction. So you need to twist the connector to plug in the 50 volt cord or surge protector. POOR design or somebody didnt want to twist wires internally. Unfortunately I didnt have a need to actually use to after the return date. I do like the length and the construction.

I am using this particular cord to convert my 50amp main rv cord to available 30amp service. As the old pigtail harness is failing, ( Having noticed while swapping to generator use during recent 5 day power outage after storm ) that the old pigtail insulation was pulling away from head of unit exposing insulated wires. Now was the time to replace as safety is always #1 regarding electrical... This new pigtail looks and feels well made and will no doubt serve my needs for years of good use. Thanks Facon...
