The zippers are cheap, broke the first time it was used. The handle is not fully connected to the case. I have repeatedly reached out to Facozy with no response.

This is my first hard shell suitcase and my very first suitcase purchase. I read the reviews and decided to order this and the black set. It’s very light weight. The handles felt sturdy. The wheels are very smooth and they were very easy to roll around. I liked the zippered lining. And I liked the TSA LOCKS on them which was easy to use. I purchased these for our family trip to Disneyland for New Years 2023. I was worried about the durability when it was handled by the airline staff loading & unloading but all our luggages were still in great condition. I noticed 1 luggage with a black scuff in the corner but I was able to wipe it off. And a scuff on the black plastic/rubber corner piece but that was expected. I also bought the inexpensive insurance for them. We just recommended this set to a friend. Great price & quality

Stored improperly warehouse because it smelled bad.

Update after first use a piece broke off and zippers get stuck. The paint gets scratched off easily.

Like weight and it will be use for my vacation

Luggage is a little heavy love the way it expands. Maneuvers really well like the combination lock but really should have a key in case we forget the combination

Loved how sturdy these are. Cant wait to take them on my cruise

Used the luggage set on a trip to California and the wheel, and pegs broke. Buy another brand.

The wheel came off of the large suitcase after just one use.
