Several days later after receiving full refund they contacted me via email directly asking that I update review to reflect refund, offering another $10 if I do so. I stand by my experience of the product but I appreciate the seller’s efforts to make it right.

> 24 hourSo I havent actually USED this yet since I just went on vacation and knew I needed a new bag, so I just purchased this but .. it is EXACTLY as described and totally what I was expecting!! Wanting as an under the seat bag where I will be able to pack ALL necessities including a weeks worth of underclothes! Also its so comfy when wearing and I can tell it wont be overbearing and heavy. Seems to have great support!! Dont hesitate to buy!!! My husband loved mine so much I bought him one in red!!❤
