Greater than one weekThis bag is amazing for travel, but by the time I opened it and returned from my trip it was too late to return or exchange. The front buckle does not snap because the parts are incorrect and not paired.

Well, I took a backpack, and she always took a duffle that I ended up carrying and the strap was awful. So, I got her this backpack, that SHE can wear. She loves it! She kept thanking me.
