Featherland Paradise, Colorful Fruit-Shaped Toy w/Chimes

I THOUGHT THE TOY WOULD BE BIGGER, THEY INCLUDE THE LENGTH OF THE CHAIN IN THE 24 MEASUREMENT. MY AMAZON DISMEMBERED IT IN LESS THAN 24 HOURS. A LITTLE HIGH PRICED FOR LESS THAN A DAYS FUN.

Weve got an African Grey and he loves tearing this to pieces. This is by far his favorite toy thats ever been purchased. It would be nice if it lasted more than a few days, but every time he gets a new one he will ignore every other toy to methodically chew this one to bits. The only thing that I dislike is the price. We would buy a lot more if it wasnt a $20+ ordeal. One way or another, it works and the Grey loves it. I also have an amazon that doesnt care too much for toys and she barely touched it when I got her one. So, if your bird loves toys then this will probably be great for him/her. If they tend to ignore them than good luck on your search!

This is good. If you count as good the fact that my African Grey can distroy this in 2 hours. He can never eat the big part (the red apple). He distroys the hanging pieces of wood and Im left with hanging bells and an apple. Wish I could use the metal wire for another toy. Any ideas? I still get these kind of toys, especially for when I have company over and I want him not to try to respond to every conversation.

My blue amazon loves these. He jumps around coos talks and has a hey day tearing this toy up. When hes done he loves to hang from the chain and ring the bells.

My 9 month old female Eclectus loved it, destroyed it within a ewek but still plays with the bells.

My african grey loves these toys. He seems to use the entire toy--once hes done destroying the bells, he moves on the the center wood design and chews that up. I get much more use out of these toys than most that I buy for him. Great design!

African Grey loves it - these toys are her favorite. It lasts her a few weeks but she is not a huge chewer so it may not last as long for others.

I have bought this toy (in its many variations) for my African Grey over the past several years. She loves chewing on the wood, she loves the bells. I am sure I will be purchasing this again once she has destroyed the one she has!
