18-11-2024Letter size, are a great size for laminating any number of things from paper identification cards to certificates and awards given to you. This is a great way to safeguard those items that are made of paper that means so much to you. The Fellowes laminating pouches are easy to use you just insert your article inside the laminating pouch and run it through the laminating machine, it comes out crisp and clear with an airtight seal. Your article is now protected from all kind dirt or water damage and youre able to keep and admire them for years to come. I use this on my students work as erasable worksheets are easier to clean and re-use. This can also be used for their awards to bring home, any work that looks special, or for anything they deem important-- these pouches are easy to use, and easy to seal (as far as the 4 I have used).

> 3 dayThey are a little thin so I was worried but they work as good as any of the other more expensive ones I have used. I laminate a lot so I was very pleased to find something with high quality AND a good price.

Greater than one weekI have an inexpensive Scotch brand laminator, and these pouches work well in it. I usually get 5mil pouches, but I like how these are performing and will likely get these again when they run out and just use 5mil on heavy duty items. These seal just like I expected them to, and I havent had any issues with curling so far. I usually make lots of little shapes and figures that I cut out after laminating. When I do this, I have a platform ready to hold the sheet straight while it feeds so that the pieces dont flop around and move out of their positions. With any laminating pouches, if my corners ever curl, I will flip the sheet over and run it through the machine a second time upside down to fix the issue. It solves the problem 95% of the time. Usually I only have this issue with pouches at the top and bottom of the pack due to the way that the corners tend to warp in packaging.

> 3 dayWhile these are 3mm lamination sheets, I found that I needed to use the 5mm setting on my laminator to get them to adhere. They worked well after I increased the temperature.
