No way you could go wrong with this one! Asthetically pleasing, bright, well focused hotspot with huge spill, good tint and great Fenix quality. Beautiful fit and finish. Caveat: This light is for reaching out far and touching someone. You would be disappointed if you expect all-around use. It is *not* a floodlight.

Great light. Easy to charge, focused beam with small and unobtrusive peripheral spread. Very good spot beam to 3-4 hundred yards to positively identify objects.

Very bright and focused beam, but still a little spill. Very impressed with distance of illumination. If youre looking for a long distance search light, this is an excellent option. If youre looking for a light to have a wide beam and a lot of spill (like I prefer for basic tasks and walking trails) Fenix has better options. Light models have different intended uses, make sure it lines up with your expectations.

The THROW machine, that’s what it does, and does it well! It’s too tight to use in close quarters. But if you’re outside and need to light something up at 50-500’ feet this thing is amazing. It throws far with minimal spill so your night vision isn’t wrecked by close area light pollution. Seriously when you light this thing on high the first time you’ll feel like you’re wielding a light saber.

The most expensive flashlight Ive ever bought. Its good, but the cost really hurts.

Absolutely love this flash light. We live on 40 acres and have critters come through all the time. I was frustrated with other flash lights not being bright enough. I’d see eyes reforest back into the light but not much else. Well with this gem, I get to see the whole critter. It was so bright, this Mountain Lion got scared and ran away from the house. May have to even buy another one.
