This is a tried and true substance for cleaning your leather products. I bought this for my shoes specifically my Desert boots. The saddle soap initially will darken the leather for a short time but within the week it will lighten up to normal color. This can get anything from light dirt to hard mud stains off your leather if you really work in it hard enough.

Bought this saddle soap at a friends recommendation when I was looking for something to clean and freshen the look of a couple of well-worn leather handbags. First off, the product is nice and soft. I had expected something akin to shoe polish but this was softer and easy to spread. One of my bags is bright yellow and with time, some areas dont look as clean and bright anymore. I was impressed how effortlessly this saddle soap removed dirt. Of course it cannot do miracles when the paint has worn off but as a cleaner and leather conditioner this Fiebings saddle soap cannot be beat. There was no sticky residue. Once those two bags were done I was eager to try the product on several other leather items; thats how much I liked the results.

A long time ago, I cleaned a lot of saddles, bridles, misc. tack. This went on for many years with this cream/soap always doing a superb job. Im now cleaning an expensive shoulder bag done in a supple, printed fine leather - w/matching shoes. Holy Cow - its better than ever. (Great for reg. leather shoes & boots, too.) GO4IT - youll be very happy you did! [Because Im working on a fine leather print (with gold, black, tight & dark tan, and white on all four sides), I chose to use a human face cleaning sponge that is doing a great job with no shredding or scratching.]

Ottimo prodotto, pulisce efficacemente ma senza essere aggressivo. Una volta asciutto si presta alla lucidatura con panno. Attenzione: la versioneclassica con tappo giallo non è incolore, ma lascia un leggero colore giallo, per cui non va bene per pellami bianchi.

This has worked very well on my dogs leather collars. It keeps them clean and flexible.
