After 6 months usage of the product it stopped and had a motor fault 2 issue. I was very frustrated and angry as I cannot complete my HVAC job and already loosing money. From previous ratings I read that Fieldpiece is not replacing or repairing the units purchased from Amazon, but wait. Heres a trick. I sent a quote to the manufacturer and later send the unit with the code. I was hoping to have it fixed and sent to me within a weeks or month, if they actually decide warranty coverage. After 2 days they send me a brand new one. I was so shocked, thats impossible to imagine in this bureaucratic environment. The product is easy to use, and only issue is that its not an R22 compliant, and Amazon doesnt tells about it anywhere. Unless you receive it and read from its manual.

Worlds beat customer service! Amazing machine! I like this way better than the Appion G5 twin. This ones variable speed and automatically cuts itself off when recovery is done, so you can start recovery and just walk away!! Fieldpiece really on thier game!

Very disappointed in seller. Brand new out of the box and already broken and now 7-10 days for a refund on a pump I needed like yesterday. Would not recommend buying from this seller

Have use this a few times since i ordered it. Best machine i have ever had. Very quick, light weight and very portable. A little pricey. But well worth it i think.
