First I got the wrong color , 2nd the product as it is is well described and does what is supposed to do , but to be honest I feel like you can just buy a $10 regular iron at walmart and it will do the exact same job, is not a bad quality product i just feel like is an over price version of a regular iron but May be is just me ,again it does the job but nothing extraordinary.

I quit buying the C brand heat presses because my Easy Press gave me an error code not too long into my use of it that caused it to auto shut off in the middle of projects, smelled like an electrical fire was about to start, and just overall made me feel like it was unsafe, so I bought this because it seemed to have the same benefits with some extra perks. I love this is digital and gives you the option of the time and temp like the larger easy presses vs the mini press by the C brand that only gives you a couple of settings you press a button to change. It just feels like it has more control. Everything about it feels just like it was made by the other brand, but was made better with more features. Also, I think it was cheaper. So there’s that. It was nicely packaged, and I have used it multiple times. Oh, and I think both ends are pointed, so that is kind of nice because there isn’t a wrong way to put it down in the stand thingy. I would purchase other devices from this brand after making this purchase without hesitation now.

Returned for a more sturdy one.

I have a bigger Cricut press and wanted to get this size to press logos on bows. I really like that it shows the temperature and time

Can adjust the temperature and time with an auto shut off. So far great for price.

Had to turn the temperature as high as it would go to iron on vinyl

Slightly difficult at first to use functions keep directions on hand for a bit. Buttons feel like they will give out over time. Handle design is slightly uncomfortable with arthritic hands. Overall works great and gets the job done. Used for both htv and small sublimation designs.

I like product , but I Dnt like that u can’t control temperature. It goes to 380 and stops there
