I recently moved from a house to an apartment. I always used these filters at my house and continued in the apartment, instead of the cheap ones that are typically provided for tenants without charge. Goodness, I dont remember my filters being this dirty so quickly in my house! This apartment obviously is much smaller in square footage, although I do have two Persian cats. Between my Honeywell air filters, these 3M Filtrete filters, and my Rainbow vacuum cleaner - it really does control the dust/dander in my small space. Lastly, I should mention that I also have asthma. I trust this product and will continue to use it.

Good product

I order these 3M filters on a regular basis. The filters work fine however the last two times they have come damaged I couldnt tell that there was enough damage on a box to cause this kind of issue. I keep my filters in the box until I need them because it keeps them nice and straight and when I opened one thats too late to replace I noticed its damaged beyond belief and the second pair that I have to bother to return is also damaged. Now I dont know how theyre getting damaged but they need to either pad the box so any kind of pressure doesnt affect the delicate makeup of the filter or if they went in damaged. Very unhappy about this.

These filters are very sturdy and made well. They filter the air very well; we noticed a noticeable difference in the air quality when using these. We run the fans continuously so that the air is always clean. At 87 days, I noticed that one of the furnaces was tripping due to airflow. When I changed the filter, it was noticeably dirty; replacing the filter restored the operation. I usually go five months on a lesser filter without tripping the furnace. If you change the filter on a regular schedule, you will be very pleased. The Filtrete app is a big help.

Not as good as the 2200 version but for the price for the 2 pack its a reasonable option. These filters really change the air quality in your home for the better. It is really helpful if you have pets or have asthma or allergies. If it doesnt fit you can take the filter out of the cardboard frame and slide it into your space. For best results change it every few months especially the first 6 mths you use it as its removing more particles.

Convenient, I have it set for the auto ship so I’m reminded to change the filters- and it’s super convenient! Especially in a multi pet household, these filters get the job done!

I live in a year-round allergy state where basic filters just dont do the job - have always used Filtrete but switched to MPR 1500 Healthy Living Ultra Allergen to combat allergies even in the winter. We live in a moderately wooded area of suburbia and took the advice NOT to go with the thickest Filtrete filter available, which would require replacing monthly instead. The Healthy Living Ultra Allergen filter seems to be the happy medium; only required replacing after 3 months during the winter and the same into the spring months - so far, noticeably better than the basic version. About to enter the summer months, expecting it to work just as well.

It’s awesome being able to add these to my subscribe & save orders. I have the filters set up to be delivered every 6 months- as each filter lasts us about 3 months and the package comes with two. It’s a great price to pay for a two pack and not have to worry about finding the right size at a store. Seeing the difference between the filters from new to used is eye opening and it’s great to be able to keep up with them so that the dust and allergens are removed from the air. Changing the filters for the HVAC is a must for me!
