I worked and worked on getting the piece in the window where the vent goes out and ended up having someone cut some of the plastic so that I could get it in there. The exhaust hose is a complete pain in the butt and if I try to move the unit even ever so slightly, it pops off either the end of the machine or the end thats hanging out the window And it is hard to get it back on. It seems to work well so far...

I purchased this portable air conditioner for a guest room one the first floor for saving bills in summer time. The air conditioner is quickly installed and easy to set up. The control panel on the top of the unit is also very user friendly. It has 3 functions, de-humidifier, cooling fan and AC. And it’s convenient to move from room to room. This air conditioner only take a few minutes to cool the room nicely and it is running quiet. It didn’t bother me at all. I would recommend this portable air conditioner especially if you need a portable one. It does not take space, it is easy to install, runs quietly and works well. It will help me save electricity bills in summer.

We love our new ac unit! We didn’t expect it to work as well as it does for being so small and sleek but it really does. It fits pefectly into our room. Our windows are a little higher than normal so we were worried that the hose wouldn’t be able to reach the length of it. But luckily it has been able to reach just fine with no issues. We purchased it to use for our bedroom but honestly it can cool a little more than what our bedroom square foot is. It is for the most part pretty quite. It has a bit of a “kick on” noise at first but it’s goes into a small breeze sound after. Honestly it isn’t really noticeable unless your looking for it. I do love that it had touch screen buttons and a nice led screen on the top. And when it’s not turned on and just plugged in , the temp gauge will show you what your room temp is actually at which is a nice thing to know. We also love the white color and the black top on it. It has a very modern look to it. I think it’s something that can compliment any room. It also has a feature that when you select your desired temperature and it reaches it it will shut off which is a huge help in lowering electricity bill costs. Its very eco friendly. It comes with a remote, that we dont have tons of use for but I could see if you were using this for elsewhere than a bedroom that the remote would come in handy. For example if you had to have the ac unit in an area that might be harder to reach, then the remote would work perfectly for just that! It does need AAA batteries for the remote. It doesn’t come with that so much sure to have them handy if you need to. All in all I would def recommend this to my friends and family if they needed a new ac unit or if they want to just get something better than what they might have currently. I would definitely refer them to purchase this very one.

Hi, so I left central air for apartment living. I was going to use this for my bedroom but ended up having to use to in my living/dining area because landlord refuses to admit my little window one is broken. Thank God this little machine didnt let me down. It not only cools down my living/dining room but also my hallway and kitchen! I only had one shot at this because buying 2 was not an option I had. Buy it, you will not be disappointed. It does all it claims to do and more. The only con I can see is my electric bill but that cant be helped. I work hard I need comfort. Im not easy to please so you can be certain this product works!! Nice and chilly as I write this in comfort!

Installation: super easy and simple. I installed about 10 mins. Powerfully: start with 84°F and 15mins later the room is down to 72 °F. This maybe the room is small but no doubt it is working well to me. Worth: as what I said, it is totally working well and this for my 16 months kid’s room. Which it means he can have good sleep so do I.

So far so good! This unit is affordable and pretty powerful. Keeps my larger bedroom cold. Easy to setup, easy to operate. Could be a tad quieter but overall just sounds like an AC unit. As soon as I turn it on, the wind blows is cold wind, and the whole room is cold in 10 minutes. It’s amazing. I don’t need to turn on the central air conditioner in the whole house if only one room needs air conditioning. This product can save me a lot of money in summer. And there are wheels at the bottom, so it is not troublesome to change rooms at any time!

To begin with, the Air conditioner was delivered quickly and promptly. It was was packaged well inside its box, to prevent it from being damaged during shipment. All the relevant pieces were included (AC unit, hose, remote, instructions, etc). The AC unit itself was easy to install and operate. Just plug it into the wall and turn on. It took about 2 minutes for cold air to start being dispensed. I have an infrared temperature tool/gun ,that I used for measuring different temperatures, and the AC unit was spot on. The unit itself is quiet. Vey happy with purchase.

I love, love, love it! I’m so happy with my purchase. I was worried that it wasn’t going to work out or that it would be too loud and too big. When I un boxed it I was surprise how small it was compared to the one I previously owned. The package was well protected and came in perfect condition.
