This was a gift for my nephew. None of us had ever seen anything like this so it took us a little while to figure out. My nephew was immediately intrigued he definitely seemed to understand he was to count along. The wings seem like they are to move but dont? The underlying almost subliminal comments about feelings is a bit creepy. But the fact that he is already counting and saying alphabet along is impressive. Definitely considering adding another linkimal.

I dislike the fact that I havent had it for a week and its stop saying the numbers it just keep saying whale hello and it was working perfectly fine yesterday.

Love all of the linkimals so much! My toddler gets a kick out of them all singing together. For some reason the oval in mine doesn’t click in as well as the other shapes but not really too big of a deal, it still goes in. This is one of the ones he plays with the most out of them all. Definitely great for learning shapes!

We got many toys from Fisher-Price, Vtech, Hape, and Step2, and I believe their toys are consistently of high quality. This Fisher-Price learning Narwhal is again another high quality toy. It is crafted from high-quality plastics: smooth surface + vibrant colors. I bought it for our 18-month-old. It measures about 9 inches in width and 10 inches in height, which is larger than I thought. The toy features different lights in its eyes, horn, and belly, which illuminate when kids push the buttons or rotate the wheels. The lights also change color, very eye catching! One thing worth noting is that although the product description mentions 135+ songs, sounds, and phrases to teach the alphabet, vocabulary, counting, and more, it actually refers to the total number of sound effects, not distinct songs. Also, I have to mention that the volume is high (even with the low volume setting). Overall, I think this little narwhal interacts with the baby, helping them learn letters, counting, etc.. This is our first experience with the Linkimals toy line, and Ive seen reviews and online videos showcasing how these Linkimals can interact with each other, which is a truly fascinating feature. Undoubtedly, this will pique the curiosity of any child and I am giving it 5/5 starts. And I may consider purchasing other “Linkimals”. :)

My toddler loves this toy. He actually has pretty okay intractability with the other linkimals. But he does have fewer phrases than say the penguin. Great for learning shapes. Crescent shape is a bit odd though. I don’t remember that being a shape growing up.
