I thought they were going to be more rubbery, but my son plays with the cup a good bit.

This set is so cute. The coffee, donut and newspaper are adorable. My little girl played with it for a little while but her brother is the one who is more interested; even carrying it with him around the house.

My daughter is loving the set. It was a big hion Christmas when she opened it. It is also very nice for traveling in the car for her to play with especially on long road trips.

We have the On-the-go set for our son my brother got him when he was a baby and he loved the newspaper and donut that when with it. So I figured the sushi set would be cute for baby sister....its just okay. the 2 rolls are just meh. They crinkle, but arent as grab friendly as the newspaper was. The best piece in this set is the little sushimi teether. If I were to purchase, Id probably have gone with the taco tuesday set, since we already have the newspaper one.

This is a cute little set for a baby. Comes with a newspaper that is crinkly and soft, a hard donut, and a heavy rubber coffee cup. The newspaper is a big hit, the baby likes to crinkle it up and shove it in her mouth. The donut is good for her to practicing grabbing and holding. The coffee is a bit too heavy for her and if she is laying down, Im afraid shell drop it on her face. Its a cute set that will grow with your child, try the paper first, then the donut, then the coffee!
