Great tool

Came in a sealed box, genuine Fitbit, charged my Charge 4. As with the one that came with my Charge 4, takes a bit to get it attached properly. I think it is a design flaw.

Fitbit Charge 4 appears slightly thicker than older Charge 3. After market charging clip for older Charge 3 does not properly and securely fit the new 4.

Works well

I used the charger I purchased November 2019 for the first time today (return window has ended) and it does not charge the Fitbit Charge 4. Could not get it to keep contact with the Fitbit Charge 4 to charge. Thank goodness this was my backup charger or I would not be able to use the Charge 4 until I could get to a local store for a replacement.

Charges quickly. Fast delivery.

What I don’t like is the charger from my 3 doesn’t work, disappointing.

Bought to have an extra one when I travel. This one works just like I wanted.

Doesn’t work very well. Doesn’t click in well, and doesn’t always charge

My daughter lost her original charger so I bought this as a replacement. Works fine
