I’m so glad FitBit improved the way the Charge 5 charges, compared to previous versions of the watch. The magnet is so much easier! This charger works great, but the cord is very short.

Work like the original.

It was not the right charger but its my fault. And my grandson ripped the box it come in so I didnt return it.

This charger works better that the original I got with my Fitbit. The first one was always really hard to get just right so it would charge - I had to wiggle it around. This new one works as soon as I attach it.

It was too small for my fitbit

What I don’t like is the charger from my 3 doesn’t work, disappointing.

Charger works perfectly. Box wasn’t damaged or tampered with. Factory sealed. Very satisfied.

The charger sent me works. Every fitbit I have bought has a stupider and stupider charging arrangement so you have to buy all new chargers. The cords are too short and the cradle is finicky. Last fitbit I am buying.
