> 24 hourI’m using this around a farm for general work to pull thing out and around. Worked great to remove some fence post using a tractor. One side has a smaller hook that slips into a chain link, while the other end is a larger hook.

> 24 hourGood grade 80 chain for holding down loads on the trailer. With 4900 lb, confident in its holding power.

> 24 hourWell it’s a chain so there is really not a lot to say about it. It’s a good length with 2 hooks being one at each end. The chromatic zinc finish looks good and should protect from rust for sometime to come. This is a grade 80 chain which exceeds transport chain requirements and adds the overhead lifting certification as well. Good chain.

> 24 hourNot a whole lot to say about it. Its a chain. Links all look great and it even looks like the style of welding or because of work done after their pretty smooth with no ridges.

> 24 hourIt feels silly to gush about a chain, but Im practically in love with this. The color is awesome. Time will tell how long the color will last, but it makes it stand out and just looks cool. The size of the links are great and very strong, and the length is awesome as well. I really dont see any negatives to speak of. The hooks on the end of the chains are held in by a pin and cotter pin. So I could see where some people wouldnt like a hook that isnt permanently attached. However, as long as the cotter pin holds it should be fine. I rather like the option of being able to remove the hook. Very nice job, great chain.

> 24 hourThis is a nice heavy chain. I will use it for dragging logs, as an anchor for a come-along, and to pull with it hooked around my snowblower as a source of traction. The only improvement would be if it came with a case or pouch to store it in. One end has a regular hook. The other end has a clevis hook to secure on the chain. Package says made in China.

> 24 hourWhat can I say, a chain is a chain. It is sturdy and I especially like the slip hook on one end thus allowing me to pull logs and limbs without losing them because I couldn’t get the chain wrapped tightly enough on loose limbs and such. I have a large area of trees behind the house, and there is always deadfall and lightening got a few of them so it seems that I’m always cleaning up back there. The slip hook makes it a much easier job to gather up limps. The 5/16 inch chain is quite suited for the task.

> 24 hourNice heavy duty 14 chain with a slip hook on one end and a grab hook on the other. It is coated in zinc chromate (the yellow color) and that should protect it from the elements for a long, long time. The hooks are held on with pins and cotter pins, One of the hooks on mine had a cotter pin that was partially coated in zinc chromate and the other cotter pin had no coating on it. So, I will keep an eye on them and should they corrode, just replace the cotter pin if necessary.
