> 24 hourThese are light and easy to handle chains, yet will handle a pretty heavy load. I used them to clear my yard from several limbs and other broken debris from the hurricane the end of last year. Its small and light enough to handle with one person and get around the objects, yet strong enough for my truck to pull them without fear of breaking. The slip hook works great to allow the chain to really bite into some of the wood allowing me to pull it out of the dirt where it had embedded itself. This really does come in handy when clearing your property.

> 24 hourWhat can I say, a chain is a chain. It is sturdy and I especially like the slip hook on one end thus allowing me to pull logs and limbs without losing them because I couldn’t get the chain wrapped tightly enough on loose limbs and such. I have a large area of trees behind the house, and there is always deadfall and lightening got a few of them so it seems that I’m always cleaning up back there. The slip hook makes it a much easier job to gather up limps. The 5/16 inch chain is quite suited for the task.

> 24 hourIt feels silly to gush about a chain, but Im practically in love with this. The color is awesome. Time will tell how long the color will last, but it makes it stand out and just looks cool. The size of the links are great and very strong, and the length is awesome as well. I really dont see any negatives to speak of. The hooks on the end of the chains are held in by a pin and cotter pin. So I could see where some people wouldnt like a hook that isnt permanently attached. However, as long as the cotter pin holds it should be fine. I rather like the option of being able to remove the hook. Very nice job, great chain.

> 24 hourI acquired this chain to use with my tractor for pulling fallen trees out of the woods. It is a good length for that work and the right strength. It is handy with the grab hook on one end and the slip hook on the other end. Contrary to the description, the chain is not coated in oil (which I was glad for). A good value.

> 24 hourAlmost looks like a gold chain, shiny and I know some tough guy will want to wear a section around their neck.

> 24 hourThis chain is extremely nice with high quality wields in the links in high quality hooks on the ends. The finish is also very nice and seems like it should hold up to rust very well if left in bad conditions. I have no problem trusting this chain at all for extremely heavy duty applications (I am extremely hard on chains) and despite being very heavy duty and long The chain is also noticeably lighter than other chains of this size and specifications. Definitely impressed by the chain and I can highly recommend it.

> 24 hourI’m using this around a farm for general work to pull thing out and around. Worked great to remove some fence post using a tractor. One side has a smaller hook that slips into a chain link, while the other end is a larger hook.

> 24 hourGood grade 80 chain for holding down loads on the trailer. With 4900 lb, confident in its holding power.

> 24 hourThis is a good chain for price. 14ft long. Grade 80 metal. Heavy duty. I like how one end has a slip hook so you can easily wrap it around a log and hook it on the chain link. Very handy for ripping out bushes or stumps. Only con in my opinion is its only 14ft long. Wish it was longer but for the price its definitely worth the price.
