I received this unit and the back side did not have the self adhesive tape to hold the screen in place once installed (like shown in the picture on the site). I eventually got it installed with some flexible silicon but that was an ordeal I shouldnt have had to experience. The product definitely did not look like the picture.

Deserves all 5 stars! Got it on time, exactly what I needed. Good quality screen compared to many Ive seen, thickness is perfect and zero dead spots. Would recommend to anyone for an iPad repair. Also came with fairly decent quality tools too, not that I recommend doing this repair with just those but better than others you get.

I do not recommend buying this and putting it on yourself. There are malfunctions in the screen. It does not work the same as the apple screens. It freezes up, you push an app but the screen takes you somewhere different. Can’t exit apps. It’s super annoying. I will never do this again. Tried to save money by purchasing this and doing it ourself but i would def recxoment taking it to an Apple professional to have it fixed. It protect our screen from drops and cracks but does not work for touch.

No backing adhesive. Youll need to get your own. Other similar products include a backing adhesive that you dont have to pre-cut. Spend the extra dough and get one of these.
