> 24 hourI returned the first kit I bought since it did not work properly. Water in house was salty due to brine valve leaking after installing the rebuild kit. First provider did not include the o ring that fits below the brine valve. Couple other providers also did not provide that o ring. A Plus did. I called them before purchasing and they were very helpful and assured me they would be certain that o ring was part of the package. Great rebuild kit and recommend you be sure to buy from A Plus. There are multiple providers for this kit

> 24 hourI was looking for the assembly with white cap and gray piston, as in the Amazon listing picture. Received piston assembly with black cap and green piston. After some additional research found that these correspond to the part number listed (60102-10), and that I needed 60102-00 for the white cap/gray piston. It seems that the -10 assembly results in 15 min of backwash with Fleck 5600, instead of 10min backwash with -00. Not sure what that does to the system, so Ill probably try to get the -00 assembly. My rating is 4 stars because of the misleading picture.

> 24 hourThis does not include 60102-10 piston which is green. Although the picture shows grey the listing is for 60102-10 which is green but then the description says 60102-00 which is grey. They need to fix this. It matters.

> 24 hourThis item for Fleck 5600 was just what I needed. I had a brine overflow problem and this saved me a ton of money by just simply replacing the gaskets and piston and brine valve with gaskets. Thank you

> 24 hourWorked to rebuild the Fleck head on my WRI Hydroquad. Tricky on putting the stacked rubber washer and plastic pieces down in. Was hanging up, take your time. Didnt need to use that special tool.

> 24 hourI found a video on YouTube showing how to replace this (before I ordered). I made sure I got the right one for my tannin remover. It took less than 20 minutes to install with zero experience. Super easy and fixed my leak. If you have a Fleck 5600 that is leaking, give it a go. I also have a Whirlpool softener for hard water treatment, and replacing that head is a relative nightmare compared to the Fleck.
