I am pleased with everything about this lockbox except the key. I have been to two venues (one a dedicated lock company) and neither had a compatible key blank. There seems to be no way to order a spare key directly from the manufacturer.

This lock is sturdy and fits perfectly on my doorknob or on the wall. The combination is easy to change.
