I gave a bad rating previously, but in fact the product is working well. I realized after digging deeper into the issue that it was that my mom was not using it properly, so it was a user mistake, not a product issue. Great option for real estate and Airbnb listings. Recommended!

A good option for the low price you pay. Easy to install and pretty strong. I havent tried to like hit it with a hammer or something to test it, but it stays put. Easy to use.

Seems very robust. The knob is a lot easier to operate than the tiny little fingernail-bending lever on many other units. The separate key ensures the owner can still get in, if someone who knows the code, reprograms it and locks out the owner. (Once open, anyone can change the code). Plenty of space inside, unlike some others.

I am pleased with everything about this lockbox except the key. I have been to two venues (one a dedicated lock company) and neither had a compatible key blank. There seems to be no way to order a spare key directly from the manufacturer.
