We have a 2 year old German Shepherd who LOVES Tico. I just ordered Tico #3. It is the longest lasting stuffy she has. They will last a month before an arm is off. Even then she can still love on it some more. I will continue to rebuy Tico forever

    Greater than one week

Have I had to give Mr. Sloth several rounds of stitches? Yes. Does he have feet and hands anymore? No. I dont mind having to occasionally stitch up a toy, because I am fully aware my dog is an aggressive chewer. He is not happy unless a toy is left shattered and completely gutted in a matter of minutes. This toy has lasted months despite being given only days to survive. The week spot on Mr. Sloth is the little hands and feet that my dog quickly discovered could be gnawed off in mere seconds. The overall stitching has held up pretty well and the overall construction is pretty good. Be prepared to perform surgery if you have a chewer like mine but he loves this toy, and has not damaged it beyond repair. Yet....

14/10 dogs would recommend. It’s our favorite toy this week!

We have a standard poodle large and eager puppy/young dog and she has been through 4 of these toys and is not settled in with her 5th. When she was younger, the toes and face wouldnt last but perhaps 2 weeks, but not she has a reverential love for her sloth and its survived many months now intact. This is a super toy for tossing because the balance is just right to send it a long distance. This companys toys in general are vastly superior to the others weve tried. Thank you for an excellent product!

Overall, our dog loves this toy and it has lived up to the claims of durability… except for the hands and feet. He chewed one off and ate it in a matter of minutes, so I had to cut the rest off. Removing those cloth bits, or better reinforcing them, would make this toy 5 stars. UPDATE: Was planning on buying a new one for Xmas and the price jumped from $20 to $36 in the past few weeks. If you buy from the maker’s website, it’s $27 including tax and shipping. Shame on whoever felt price-gouging a dog toy is acceptable! UPDATE #2: “Slothy” has become our dogs favorite toy and we are now on #2. Same issues with the feet and now he’s onto the nose… which was chewed off about 30 minutes after we gave it to him. The arms/legs seemed less durable this time around, as I’ve already had to repair them to keep the stuffing in. That said, the price in Amazon was at $32 last I checked. I call BS for a toy that originally cost $19.

I have him the stuffed animal and as soon as he bit into it to grab it it just ripped. Not worth the price at all.

I bought four toys for my rescue dog before I brought her home. Shed obviously never had toys before I became her companion animal, and was afraid of them all including Sloth. Once she got past her fear, Sloth became her favorite. When Im not available to play fetch with Sloth and my girl, she tosses him in the air, squeaks him , and bathes him. Just adorable! My girl is a 40 lb. Australian Shepherd - Boarder Collie hybrid. Sloth has proven to be durable, washable and my dogs go to toy.

The toy is very nice looking but not sturdy or tuff at all. I have a golden mountain dog and he ripped the face off on day one and on day three he ripped out the “heart” the squeaky part. From other other reviews I had my hopes up high but if your dog is an aggressive chewer, maybe you should look else where.
