This is my first time with this product, so maybe its the norm that they smelled so strongly of perfume, I had to air then in my garage for a week and then rinse them over and over.

Love fluval products! They work great and if for some reason you are ever dissatisfied they will make it right!

Its hard to find this product separately for the Fluval 307. Especially since they dont sell it in the major pet store chains. I was excited to get all 3 media parts in one package. Im definitely purchasing again!
