I bought this jacket to go on a motorcycle trip in Utah when the average daytime temps were 95-107. It worked great. Its super light weight and very mesh. This jacket is not like those ones that says Mesh and has mostly solid patches w/ mesh arms, the ENTIRE torso of the jacket is only 2 layer of mesh (Solid at shoulders and outside of arms). The arms are long but you need that for reaching the handlebars. I am not a fan of the no collar(sunburn) but when its hot, who wants a scratchy collar? One night on my trip it dropped down to about 45 and I was FROZEN this is NOT going to keep you warm, it will only keep you cool. My friend loved it so much she bought one for our trip too. I dont think it will stand the test of time, but its made well and held up to daily wear and packing and unpacking for 12 days in UT, AZ, and NV. The padding is ok. I took the back pad out because once it was packed a permanent bend was formed and it never laid flat again, so I tossed it (didnt need it anyway I needed to be cool). I never buy white, my riding gear is all black. But white keeps you cool on those hot Utah roads in the middle of no where with NO shade. (I might get a black one too!) Because I was getting mixed reviews on the sizes... I ordered an XL and a 2XL. I fit the XL. I am 57 I have a large bust and Im a size 10/12. My shirts are L to XL depending on the shirt. I bought the 2XL because I wanted to be able to wear it over shirts and a fleece layer. Turned out I only needed the XL and could zip it over warm layers(My friend mentioned above bought the 2XL from me). Hope that helps!

Definitely love this jacket. I have an alpinestar jacket, but the sleeves are solid. I wanted something full mesh. This jacket is so light weight, mesh through the torso and sleeves, but still has light armor in the shoulders, elbows, and back. Absolutely recommend. I chose an XL, fits great.

Breathes well while still offering protection during those warm/hot and humid months.

This jacket was exactly what I wanted. I have been able to ride with protection and not die in the heat. Used on a 90+ degree day with full sunshine and although a little warm when stopped, perfect when riding.

Love that it has lightweight armor! The mesh works like magic to keep you cool on 85+ degrees sunny days! Worth every penny!

Wow! Im impressed. First motorcycle jacket Ive owned that I did not feel compelled to remove the armor from! This jacket fit perfectly, is comfortable and looks good! Definitely for hot weather! I have to keep reminding myself to put a warm layer underneath when the temps are below 80 degrees. This jacket is extremely lightweight. First time I wore it riding I felt like I wasnt wearing a jacket at all, as I am accustomed to riding with a leather jacket. Had to keep reminding myself that I was, REALLY, wearing protective gear.
