Greater than one weekJust tried this mineral oil to treat my wooden cutting boards and I love that they got a nice refreshed look. Previously bleached boards got a nice deep color and look like I just bought them. Hope the treatment stays on and doesn’t wash off (I’ll update the review if it does).

Greater than one weekThis is a thin, clear, odorless oil that is perfect for conditioning wooden kitchen tools. I used it on all of my wooden kitchen tools: spoons, cutting boards, knife blocks. The oil is not sticky at all and makes the treated items look better than new.

> 3 dayI put this on my new bamboo cutting boards. I treated them four times before using them. This is the first time I’ve used mineral oil on cutting boards so I don’t know if that is normal. I’ve only used them a couple of times and the boards seem to need oiling again. I live in a very dry climate so I guess I’ll keep trying until they seem sealed well enough.

12-06-2025Ive used this on my bamboo cutting boards, and some wood handled kitchen utensils. It goes on easily and wipes off clean. I also used it to seal in a Wyrmwood dice box I was given for Dungeons and Dragons play. The customer service said that occasionally white crystals similar to powdered salt may appear on the grain, so to seal it with Mineral Oil. Took a bit of buffing but got the job done and am satisfied with the results. No slimy feel or residue after youve let it set into the wood then buffed it off with a clean cloth, folding to another clean face after every few wipes until you have a dry rag. DO recommend!
