Plug and play, just as advertised. Cured my issues with blank screen, and long loading periods with no navigation. Got me fixed up! Took about 2.5 hrs to install.

My APIM seemed to stop working around 70k miles. I ordered this to replace it since the dealership wanted $1200 to do it. I installed it and was had some features that were missing, but contacted them with my VIN and they helped me out even more. Now I got it setup the way I want it and it is slightly faster then the old unit. I recommend the seller as well.

When my screen went out Amazon was saying it was about 2 weeks out but I contacted the seller and they expedited the shipping to me. I was able to get the module in about 4 days!
