Came carefully packaged. Touch works smoothly and was easy to install.

Ordered one. The the screen would turn on but no touch displays. Ordered a replacement and it wont even display the screen. Also the 2nd one looked to already be used (scuff marks and no protection film where the first one had it)

Fantastic screen and works great! Installation was a breeze thanks to the included tools and accessories.

I would have given this product 5* but for problems removing the adhesive backing that caused me to have to purchase electronic adhesive separately so that the screen stays secure. The instructions left alot to be desired. If you purchase this product: 1. Turn device off and use a hair dryer to heat the edges so you can loosen the old adhesive. 2.Remove ribbon tape from device with provided screwdriver and flip up ribbon holder on screen side to remove other end, reserve ribbon and small piece of tape found on screen side. 3. Reattach ribbon and turn on tablet. 4 if all is well, turn off tablet, secure ribbon with screws and tape, and CAREFULLY remove adhesive backing (Good Luck!). Place new screen and firmly press edges. (OH, it goes without saying but carefully remove old adhesive backing from tablet if it doesnt come away with the old screen.)
