This is the absolute first one that I’ve ever used. After my hospital stay with COVID in December 2020, the bottoms of my feet have been dry & rough. This has really helped to get rid of the dry, rough skin.

Each side is a different grit and neither take off too much. Abrasive enough to smooth and get dead skin off but not enough to shave so much to where you will have pain or more problems.

Amazing product. Easy to clean and sanitize

This file is so much better for removing the callus on my foot than the “cheese grater” type of thing. The cheese grater thing took off way to much skin causing painful raw/bleeding on my foot.

Emery board on both sides give you a great choice, file is sturdy pedicure person before retirement used this model. Recommend this pro foot file.
