Very convenient. My husband loves it and we have managed to train the kids to put the controllers in when they are done so they always charged controllers. The extra batteries ensure there is a charged battery ready even if you forget to put the controller on the charger.

The batteries last a long time and you always have a fully charged one waiting to be swapped out. They also fit perfectly in the xbox one x controllers, including my Elite.

Bought this for my grandson so he didn’t have to wait on batteries to charge. He really likes it and has no complaints!

Batteries are very hit or miss. I received 4 battery packs. More often than not after they’re charged up, they only last for a few minutes before I get the alert that my controller batteries or low. Other times I can get 4-5 hours of gameplay out of a charge. This is the case with all 4 of the battery packs. Makes me think the issue is with the charging unit. I would save your money and take a hard pass on this product.
