Loved this charger until it died. I ordered it four months ago. All of a sudden today it would not power on or charge any of the battery packs. I thought it was the cable so I changed the cable. It wasnt the cable. Going through three new cables to make sure, the problem is the port where you plug the micro USB into the charger. Unless you hold it at a certain angle, it will not hold power. So this unit is officially non-working after four months. I cant see a way to contact the manufacturer for a possible warranty replacement so I guess I have to buy another one. Not happy with this product.

Great concept that was well executed creating an amazing product. Simple set-in-place docking as well as easy battery switching when needed. The two charging docks along with the two ports for the extra batteries meant that we never ran out of power for any of the controllers for our two Xboxes in the house. Cord doesnt seem incredibly durable but I set it where I needed it, havent moved it, and no problems so far. As a matter of fact, we just added another Xbox to the house so Im about to buy another one. You should too, you wont be disappointed!
