+I liked the zipper and overall sturdiness - star for the smell.. the bag stinks

This duffle bag is great quality, very sturdy, and protects the contents perfectly. Im also thrilled at its reasonable price. Why didnt I get this sooner?

Great bag. Using it for my camping gear looks like it will hold up well.

Not a lot needs to be said about this. It is made of heavy canvas and it roomy. It has more room than I expected.

Heavy duty zipper and thick material--well made

Replacing an old beat up travel bag with this one. Cant go wrong with military style olive drab. This should last me a long time, judging by the heavy duty canvas material and nice double stitching. Shoulder strap has just enough padding to do the job. Zippers are big and tough. Black pvc lines the bottom on the inside, so any moisture should stay out if I set the bag somewhere damp. It has one large pocket on each end and one small pocket on each side. No flaps or snaps or enclosures of any kind for the pockets though. Big enough to pack at least a weeks worth of clothes for my fishing trips.

Got the 14x30 size in olive drab. A little too big and shouldve gotten the 12x24 but I still love it. I bought this bag for when my toddler son stays over at his grandmas house. His portable highchair, clothes, diaper bag, and comforter all fit in this bag!

I bought this to serve as a weekend bag, but it seems it could serve all of the uses listed in the description. Overall, it appears to be of excellent quality. I rate it at 4.5 stars. Pros: (1) Durable canvas (2) 2 sturdy, large metal zipper toggles for main compartment(zipper itself also seems solid) (3) PVC lined bottom (4) Good size -- more than adequate for weekend trips, but not overly bulky; could be stretched to a week if youre a lighter packer (5) Handhold straps are padded, and lined with piping for a solid hold Cons: (1) A zipper on one of the four outer pockets would have been useful, to hold a cell phone / wallet / keys, etc.; only the main compartment is zippered (2) Hooks for shoulder strap look/feel a bit less sturdy than the rest of the bag

When I was thinking about getting this, the biggest question I had was how good the zipper is, since thats the part thats most likely to fail. Well, its extremely solid. I just received this, so I dont have war stories about it, but I know gear - and the quality of this bag is remarkable - especially for the price. I dont write a lot of reviews.
