More protection than just a chest protector and very comfortable. It is also good on a really hot day to use for street riding also instead of one of my full armor jackets. I feel comfortable flying through the air on the MX track knowing my shoulders, elbows and forearms are protected too.

I just got this (December 2022) as a back-up for my first Fox jacket, which is a couple of years old. This ones an improvement -- better strap connections, better fit overall. Excellent! Im 6 feet tall and relatively thin -- XL is perfect. I use it for mountain biking -- not motorcycle/motocross. By the way, I tried a $60 no-name Chinese brand that in photos, looks a lot like this Fox. It wasnt worth the bother. I returned it. And I used to wear 661 brand pressure suit versions of this. Theyre good, but the Fox is better. The 661s zipper goes up the side of the front, and the Fox goes up the middle front. Thats important to me because the 661s choke me (I attach stuff including water bottles to its back, which weighs it down, making it choke). Ive cut out some of their fabric our i the throat area, but still, its so nice on the Fox jackets to be able to unzip it partway, in the center. Especially on a hot day.

it is a nice fit and protection. The only thing that has changed compared to the older models is there is no hip protection.

Try on at the store before purchasing. I bought an XL and I’m 5’10”, 160. I wanted something that could be good for summer weather and also sweatshirt season. This thing is perfect. I’m still trying to figure out how to adjust the elbow pads

Armor seems to stay in place. I wear a moisture wicking shirt under it and my jersey over it. It’s pretty hot standing in the sun but once your on the move you don’t notice it and air flow is good. I’m 6 foot 210 with 46 in chest and ordered a xxl but if I did it agin would go xl. Plenty of stretch and adjustments

I am 59 220 lbs (not fat. My chest circumference at armpit height was approx 125cm). Read from another user that 2XL fit him great and he was 510 280lbs, and luckily I chose the right size for me. It offers great protection and you feel safe in it. Havent had any accidents yet, and I hope I wont, but I think it will protect well. The shoulder cuffs could possibly cover a larger area of the front deltoid, not just the side. But its not bad. The material also breathes really well, and it feels great riding with it in the sun (I live in south america, and it is very warm here --> riding with a jacket on is unbearable and most MC riders just wear a t-shirt).

Bought this to get rid of my ADV jacket and be able to wear protection and a jersey. Very comfortable. I’m an XL shirt size but found the XXL was the best fit for me.

i am 58 and 150 pounds (not overweight and not skinny) and a medium fits me well (snug). there are lots of straps to adjust fitting. I think its good to have it snug so the plastic protectors stay in place and dont shift around. I plan to wear it underneath jackets to ride a street motorcycle.
