Used this wire brush set for an aluminum boat paint prep project. These wire brushes are the equivalent to Harbor Freight products, and didnt hold up long. But on the other hand they were inexpensive. Probably would not buy again given the quick loss of wires from the brushes.

I used this to take some rust off of the grill and it worked great.

The kit arrived quickly and is lasting so far.

This very well put together set of wire brushes arrived quickly and were just what I needed to clean a complex, ornate, cast iron decoration on an old house. The stainless steel bristles worked well on both the rust and the old paint and look like they will not rust themselves. This kit was a useful addition to my toolkit and a good value.

I only received one of the brushes and no others.

THEY HAVE HELD UP PREATY GOOD SO FAR, JUST DONT GET TO ROUGH OR THE WIRES WILL COME OFF EASY

I used these wire brushes for cleaning concrete as well as for removing rust and built up dirt on steel. They performed well and did not cost much money. What more could you ask for?

This 7-piece set is a decent value, but I would not recommend using them to clean anything where food is prepared, such as a BBQ grill (which is what I bought them for), as they throw off quite a few loose bristles, some quite a distance, which could, unless very thorough cleanup procedures are followed, could end up in food and get ingested, with disastrous results (emergency surgery).
