Exactly as described. Very good form, fit, and function.

The tire cover was a nice quality. The only problem was that the cover is to be slid over the tire with elastic that is run through the edge of the cover. We were concerned since there was no way to secure the cover, it could be easily stolen. We spent more money buying metal cord and a lock to try to make it secure. Otherwise, it looks great on the car.

Great shape! A little big at first but the material and printing is of good quality. After being in the rain and sun, the cover tended to tighten up a hit.

This Deluxe tire cover was about as heavyweight as a garbage bag. When I got the package I wasnt sure what one of my orders it was and I was blown away when I saw it was the tire cover. I never took it out of the package because it was the wrong size anyway. I made the mistake of thinking it was the large size because of the cost. 10 bucks more than the large size from another seller who was out of stock. This thing wouldnt of lasted 1 season. Total overpriced garbage.
