> 24 hourI installed it by myself and it was very easy. It works great for keeping toddlers and dogs out of the litter boxes. My cats enjoy using it even when the whole door is open. I highly recommend this cat door!

> 24 hourTook maybe 30 minutes to install with a jigsaw. The trim is very forgiving and instructions are easy to follow. Included template worked perfectly. I like that the doors can each be locked opened or closed, or you can just let them swing. I also like that you can see through it when closed, while the fake glass (clear plastic?) windows stop airflow.

> 24 hourWe have two cats. One enjoys sleeping with our daughter, and one with my wife and me. This is cozy until they decide they dont want to be in the room anymore, usually about 2 AM. This means we either need to leave the door cracked with a doorstop so they can let themselves in and out or get up to open the door for them. This cat door solved the problem literally beautifully. The cats can come and go as they please, and we can maintain our privacy while still sleeping. The doors are small enough and low enough to the ground that the room beyond cant easily be seen but large enough for good-sized cats (ours are about 18 pounds) to come and go with no issue. The detail on these doors is impressive. Door knobs, lanterns, and even a little doorbell; detail on the right side. They include plastic glass in the windows, even though there is no need except to make them look like real french doors. And the doors can be locked open or closed to keep them from swinging around as you open and close the door in which they are installed. The instructions for installation are detailed and include a template for cutting into your door. You *will* need to cut into your door, but for us, it was completely worth it. A true 30-minute installation, from start to clean-up, at least with a hollow-core door like we have. YMMV. Installation was as easy as it could have been, though I think it would be difficult without a jigsaw. This item transformed an annoyance in our nightly routine into a feature of the home. Folks we show this to ask for the link. Its about twice the cost of a basic, rectangular, cat door, but for us, completely worth it. We now have three in the house.

> 24 hourI absolutely love these. so do my cats! they tend to lay in the doorway and block each other from coming through. I love that I can close doors now and the cats can get where they need to when I allow them :-)

> 24 hourLove this product! My kitten really enjoys this. He can come in and out of the basement on his own. He waits till we close the door before coming through. Worth it!

> 24 hourLooks nice, easy to install, and large enough for our average sized cats to comfortably walk through. It’s a little bulky but blends into the white door well. If we decided to install any more throughout the house, we’ll buy another one of these.
