In the winter my basement gets stuffy. In the summer we open the windows at night, but you dont really want to do that when its below zero. I also have a cold store room in my basement, so the roots and veggies contribute to some of the odors. We also have the access point there for our sump pump for springtime flooding and it can toss out some interesting smells. Finally, its also where the cat box is and a bathroom that has no window and no fan (hey, I didnt build the house!). I just have one of these hanging out in a central location and it works great! No fun basement smells and it lasts longer than the jar says it will. I think one last 2-3 months, havent really paid attention to exactly how long. I really like the fact that it doesnt smell like something. I just smell clean air.

OK, so, I love Indian food, just not my entire apartment smelling like it from the neighbors upstairs every single day. Yes, it’s THAT pungent that it permeates DOWNWARD, and I can only imagine what it’s like in the apartment above. I have 3 air purifiers running around the clock, candles, charcoal HVAC filters, Febreeze, air freshener sprays, etc., but these odor abosrbers are the ONLY thing that have really helped to get the smell cleared out. Every few days, I suppose when a lot of cooking is going on, the smell still makes its way through, but these do seem to soak it up after a little while even then. These are definitely staying strategically placed all over my house from now on!

I bought this pack about 6 months Just to make my closet smell good. I really didnt like it in my closet because honestly this product doesnt smell too good and the space was too small. But anyway, I bought my house 6 months ago and Ive always had this really strange smell downstairs that I could not put my finger on. It doesnt stink but it just smells weird and its been driving me crazy to the point that I dont even go downstairs … I just stumbled across the 2nd one today and thought hmm, let me see if this will do anything so I open it up and put it on a shelf downstairs and strangely enough its been 5 hours and I cant smell the weird smell anymore. Which is amazing considering my downstairs is quite large and it was just 1 pack. Im definitely buying more for my downstairs. Im blown away!!

I bought this product not wanting to be in a field of flowers but tired of dealing with the lingering smell of food. This does the trick. Its not instant and yes I do close the doors to the other rooms and have the overhead fan. However, it does get rid of the odor in time. I can run some errands and then come back to my home and open the doors.
