Left thumb stick was broke apond arrival. The bottoms feel like a 9 year old at a birthday party just got done dropping a 80 n 2 on cod

It has good battery life but not meant for gaming

One of the buttons doesnt work

When my boyfriend received this item it was broken, as in the one trigger finger wouldnt work. Meaning it was slow to move but was all in one piece. Other than this one control the rest worked and properly. Other than this he loved it. He really liked the fact that it came with the top pieces for two joysticks.

3 of the joystick pieces were missing, is there any way I can get them?

Only came with 1 joystick cover.

The controller was beautiful, I loved the design. The battery was okay, maybe 5 hours. But R2 button was broken after one week. The button could not work even I pushed hard. The accuracy of the two joysticks needs to be improved, I felt the direction was not what I expected. I dont recommend it as a gift, although this was a beautiful controller. Finally I had to return it.

Feels a little stiff at first compared to original ps4 controllers but works fine and is a good budget alternative
