Funko Pop! Rocks: Metallica - James Hetfield Collectible Figure

I got this for my dad for his birthday. Of course, he absolutely loved it. He had never even heard of Funko pops before, so I plan to help him start a little collection. Anyway, highly recommend this item, especially for you 40-something dad.

...theres simply nothing cooler than a 3-inch tall James Hetfield playing his white Explorer guitar! These figurines are cute. You know, in a manly sort of way! Nice detail and really makes a great accent to my home studio. I sleep better knowing that James is watching over my gear when Im not around ;) Highly recommended!

Was bought as a gift for a huge Metallica fan, he loves it!

The shiny white enamel is chipped off the guitar in several places, as you can see from the arrows in the photo. Looks like it happened at the factory before the figure was placed in the packaging. No big deal to me, since I bought this just for fun and not as a serious collectors item, but I wanted to give a heads up to others who may be more concerned with such things. These figures dont appear to be very well made (not surprising for something that cost less than ten bucks), so yours may or may not arrive in mint condition. Aside from those few minor blemishes, this figure was about what I expected and Im satisfied with the purchase.

Funko has really stepped its game up in availability, but I wish they would maintain the actual sturdiness as they once did. I almost consider them extra fragile if you chose to inbox them to display. Still love James Hettfield is an option.

I understand that some people leave it in the box but I took it out and rotated the head which broke the guitar. If the head can rotate then maybe the manufacturer should check to see if theres enough room so it doesnt break the guitar. Wow. Im just amazed the design is so bad. So I superglued it and now its barely noticable.

But to collect all the members it will cost more than $200, which I think it’s ridiculous so I only stucked with James hetfield as his price is cheaper…

Got it for my Grandson. He loved it and it is a great collectible.
