The wheels were not what were advertised. We bought separately the ones that are to go with them.. after a day the ones that came on( not advertised,failed. Disappointed)

I bought this scooter because it seemed good. After opening up the box I immediately regret the decision. Barrings are worn, wheels are chiped, and there are a ton of grind marks throughout the bottom. Not worth the time and money I invested. Hopefully they will do something about this. Unacceptable!

Definitely a beginners stir scooter; if your kid advances quickly in learning or is very athletic? You may look into a fuzion z300 ! The brand has very good qualities and very light and sturdy ! The z-5’s wheels are slower than a he’s would like and nice wheels are $60+ Which would justify the extra $ to buy the more expensive model to start with ! Now I have to order a second with larger bars & better faster wheel !

I had to return it right after my kid’s first riding. It does have a big noise from somewhere, was not able to fix it. As described, I sent an email to them but no response. I claimed Amazon to return and got a new one in a day. This time it has at least no noise. I strongly recommend you all to check after assembling.

I have had this scooter for about a week and the wheels have worn out significantly fast does not ride smoothly and it has a squeaky noise .

When used as marketed at a skatepark, the scooter quickly began to lose its smooth ride and became loose and exhibited rattles in the bearing area...after only a month of light use. Customer service said that it was caused by wear and tear and could not help with even replacement bearings. Look elsewhere.

Great scooter for my grandson!

This has been a great scooter for my son. This is his first pro scooter and he has loved it. It appears to be well built and strong. We take it to the skate park where my son does tricks and it has help up fine. Id definitely recommend this scooter for anyone looking for a solid scooter at a good price.
