> 3 dayBought two scooters. One went together quickly and easily. The other not so much. Tried calling customer support throughout the day during the week and could not get ahold of anyone. Tried sending an email - got a response 3 or 4 days later. I was able to assemble the second scooter with brute force and a rubber mallet - They told me I voided the warranty, but with a 6 month warranty Im not concerned. Rides smooth, a nice wide deck width and the kids love them

Greater than one weekI got this for my son for his bday. He has been using it at the skate park and loves it. It seems very durable. He is able to maneuver it around pretty easily. He has mentioned that it is a bit heavy for some tricks but he makes due. Overall a good purchase.
