Greater than one weekThe official description calls this a convertible duffel bag backpack. The first thing I wish Id known in buying this bag is: its backpack sized, not duffel bag sized. If youre accustomed to carrying a large duffel bag sufficient to hold all your clothing, toiletries, and entertainment for a three-day weekend, this bag isnt big enough for that. Its the right size to stow in an airliners overhead compartment, and will carry enough clothes and goodies for a few days, if you pack abstemiously. That said, I actually like this bag overall. It has two large external compartments, two small ones, and an internal pouch for small items like your cloth respiratory masks. If you pack carefully, and dont bring lots of gewgaws, you can live out of this bag for two or three days, longer if you pack some travel-sized laundry detergent. The tightly woven canvas fabric is water-resistant (though not waterproof), so its durable through multiple travel conditions. This is a good piece of small luggage. And it has multiple ways of carrying it. If youve made it this far in the description, you already know it has shoulder straps like a backpack, a handgrip, and a detachable shoulder strap. This means that, if youre already carrying another piece of luggage (in my case, a computer backpack), you have multiple options for how to carry this bag. You arent burdened by carrying it in any single way that might wear on your body later. All three options are built to resist damage from regular handling. I do wish the bag was larger. I hoped Id be able to carry my clothes, workout gear, and the book(s) Im currently reading in the bag; instead, I had to make value judgements about what to leave behind. But if you know that ahead, this bag makes good luggage for weekend trips, overnight jaunts, and business travel. You can carry it with other bags, or on its own. And youll probably carry everything you need for quite a while in just one bag, if you choose wisely.

> 3 dayNote* I spent around 12 hrs real time over a span of two weeks researching backpacks : I have to live out of my back pack in a dual capacity of full tine college and work. That being said I also constructed my own utility style bag while in the Marine Airwing. The additions that would make this bag bar none - Moderate Structural support along the body of the bag ( to keep documents from getting distorted) i.e. pack longer objects to try and offset -Gusset stops on the dual outer access pockets (understandable they are not present as they allow for the pocket to open wider but it vastly compromises the integrity of the zipper staying on track) i.e. pack low profile objects and only open 75% of the pocket. - Interior pen / paper pockets Some reinforcement and expansion of this area would be very well received because the objects can slip from these areas pretty easily. 100/10 sticking with this company if they continue to evolve and fix the extreme miniscule things.

> 3 dayWe bought two similar bags for a trip. This one wins our vote. It was easier to pack our clothing, easier to carry due to shoulder strap, handle, as well as backpack straps. Outside pockets were easily accessible.

Greater than one weekIve been using this product for over a year as a daily backpack and a carry-on for an international flight. For daily use, its bigger and way more than what I need. It is nice however to have the extra space for a hoodie or rain jacket. For travel, It easily fit everything I needed for a 4-day trip. All zippers and straps are in good condition. I only took off one star for sturdiness because if the backpack isnt full, it kind-of collapses on itself when put down. No real issue besides aesthetics.

> 3 dayI originally ordered this backpack just to carry extra clothes and shoes to change into after work. Once I saw all the storage pockets and hiding spots it became my every day necessity to carry anything I need anywhere. It keeps my phone, keys, insulin, headphones all safe and secure while I am out doing whatever it may be. I didn’t think I’d love this thing as much as I do but I would 100% recommend this product to anyone, especially if having extra things in your pockets irritates you as much as it does me.

> 3 dayThis backpack is great has a ton of room. I use this for school and it has plenty of pouches for writing supplies, laptop, notebooks, tablet, chargers and wires. The only downside Ive noticed is that the internal foam for the top flap of the backpack flips over sometimes. Its not really adhered down inside. And this bag can be used in a few different configurations. One thing I did not like was the shoe storage. If thats empty and your carrying a decent eight it will make the distribution of weight a little weird for your back. I end up using the laptop pouch for heavy electronics to compensate. Also be sure you laptop or tablet has a case too.

> 3 dayWe were fortunate enough to both get one. We went on two week long trips to New York and England last year. We packed them to the brim! Threads held up and with the extra straps on the sides it makes it super easy to take in/out of overhead storage in several forms of transportation. They’re perfect for travel!

> 3 dayAs the title suggests, Im pretty happy with this. Only 1 concern is that the interior stitching was lackluster. Quite a few frayed/loose threads/stitches in random places, but anyone with a needle & thread can patch those up in a couple minutes.
