Larger than I expected! Essentially decided it was a no to use for my newborn, this caused a huge concern for me as it pushed baby’s head down chin to chest.

Bigger than anticipated but it will do. Also, the strap to make it adjustable has the pokey velcro facing upward (which would touch the chold/babys) neck when not in the original position, so we unfortunately wont be using it as my child grows.

I really like this baby cushion. I bought it because my baby was a premee and everytime Id put her in car seat her head would just wobble everywhere. This really helped!!!

Great fit for our preemie. Used in our Graco connect car seat. I would say only able to use it until baby is 6 or 7lbs.

Good material

My son was born a few weeks early at just under 6lbs and he fit inside great it kept him snug and safe and would fall asleep everytime he was in his car seat, I definitly reccomend this product

I Love This For My New Born

Great product. Excellent quality. Wish I got it earlier. I had a preemie baby and the car seat was too big in the 1st few weeks. When I got this, she was super stable in her seat and the cushioning is very firm, but soft enough and comfortable. I did not end up keeping it because it was fitting just right where I assumed she would grow out of it within a wee or 2, so I returned. However, I would highly recommend this for any newborn as it will provide some support for a few good weeks (depending on what type of car seat you have).

I must say this car insert is absolutely great quality. Seems sturdy and well made. Only thing is, I dont feel its truly adjustable, which is the reason why I purchased it. When you adjust the head piece it exposes a rough Velcro strip on the neck area of the baby, not really sure how thats comfortable for baby?
