Gaggia Decalcifier Descaler Solution 250ml (3 Bottles)

It does what it is designed to do. The process is necessarily a little time consuming, but that is understandable since it is taking hard minerals out of the inside of the espresso machine. Lots of rincing is necessary afterwards. Happy with this. I wish it were a bit cheaper. This is my second order of this. Ill buy it again.

This does the trick, but I hate that Gaggia seems to insist that this is the only product to use on my Brera. Surely there is some cheaper generic product that works just as well? But I’m scared to try, because my machine is already finicky and seams to be looking for reasons to break. So for now I’ll stick with the OEM descaler until I find something better.

The product is overpriced but it works. Its important to keep your espresso machine clean. Free delivery helps in keeping the cost down.

Not really fun. Doesnt really noticeable difference. But I read that the gaggia brand descaler should be used on gajia machines with aluminum oilers. Obviously you dont want to use something intended for a steel boiler on aluminum, because you dont want to end up breaking down the protective coating and ingesting the heavy metals.

Essential for cleaning espresso machines. Build up of calcium over time can clog your tubes and pipes. This helps to keep things clear and coffee tasting good. Easy to use!

Ive never owned a product that needed a descaler, but when my Gaggia Classic Pro stopped working, my research told me I probably had a clog due to scale blockage. After reading reviews on several options, this one seemed to have a 100% success rate. It cost more than some, but Id rather pay a little more than have to do the job twice. This simply worked and fixed the problem.
