Greater than one weekUsually a folding umbrella in this price range comes with a cover slip, which is missing here. Otherwise I cant judge the quality of the umbrella yet in regard to sturdiness and protection since I havent used it yet. I bought one like this in Vienna 6 years ago and uses it exclusively until it just broke now. I hope Im as lucky with this one
