Galápagos (05248) Sheets of Real Moss, 8-Quart, Natural

I was expecting this moss to be just decorative, but the moss included in this product can revive and come back to life under the right conditions. However, keeping the moss alive (if it revives at all) might be hard for some people.

I searched for reptile safe moss for a tank - and this moss seemed adequate. Put in a snake tank and it had mold within 1-2 weeks. I used it to replace moss from the woods, had never had mold problems. I replaced it with moss from another source, no mold.

Great product. Large sheets. Come to life nicely.

Got this to put in the moist hides for my leopard geckos. I like the sheets much better than the loose peat moss I was using. I have plenty left over for future use.

The moss is pretty but why is moss so expensive everywhere? The company delivered quickly & gave us more than promised so we’re pleased

Bought this to cover rocks in a pan of water to ncrease humidity in my red foots pen.

Would grow a little, then die. Has to be replaced frequently.

This bag is pretty big and has a lot of moss in it. Once I set up my terrarium, it started coming back to life after only a few days. It also has a few plants sprouting out of it which Im excited to see what they are. Bonus!

Its okay

My cham loves this stuff! He actually slept on it the first night which is weird cuz chams lik to be up high. It also does great for keeping humidity up in our all screen cage.
